I have no problems with the nursing staff who perform a sterling job.

However, on completion of my treatment on Wednesday 10 April 2024, I was informed that I would need to be seen in clinic every two days and that Administration would call with an appointment for Friday 12 April. Having waited until pm on the Thursday 11 April, I telephoned the lower limb service on 3 occasions and left two messages but have not even received an acknowledgement or the offer of an appointment.

Bearing in mind that I am 80 years old, in bad health and just coming out of hospital after 8 days feel this is unaceptable.

Look forward to hearing from you as a matter of urgency.
