Very positive!
It was a long long looooooong wait to see Adult Mental Health Services at Royal Cornhill Hospital, however I was kept up to date with the changes in the waiting list and resources during that wait.
When I finally got to see the professionals - I really cannot speak highly enough of the process.
Chris was fantastic, patient and listened to everything I had to say. In total, I had three appointments all in quick succession. Each appointment allowed for 90 minutes which is incredible - I have never before had that much time with a healthcare professional! I did not feel rushed, and Chris really made room for me to talk and he asked all the right questions.
It has restored my faith in the NHS a bit, it's under such immense pressure but they still made time for me which I am so so so grateful for.
