(as a service user),

Despite a longish wait in the waiting room for my procedure, the staff were, without exception, kind, helpful and informative.

A trainee carried out my procedure, supervised by a superior, and both were very thorough and had excellent patient relating skills.

I am sorry to hear you had a longish wait in the waiting room. However I am really please that after this staff were helpful and you had such a positive experience.
