"Not very happy "

About: Broomfield Hospital

My wife was given a catheter in A& E 27/03 told it would be removed etc after 2 wks , would receive a phone call ,I didn't , I phoned Urology Tues 09/04 was told some one will phone back they didn't,I phoned Weds 10/04 left message, I was told some will ring me they haven't , now Thursday 11/04 cant get through , operator said she would contact them for me , marked urgent....catheter causing my wife pain & problems , she has dementia & bowel incontinence I am her only carer , I need your help , shouldn't keep ignoring me.
