About: Cannock Chase Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as the patient),

I was admitted to Hollybank ward for excision of Olecranon Bursa.

My treatment was exceptional from admission to discharge.

Everyone involved in my care were kind and considerate. My thanks go to everyone.
