(as the patient),

This was my second visit to the Vale of Leven Hospital,  Day Surgery unit for foot surgery.

On both occasions I was made to feel secure and comfortable. From the minute I walked in the door I was greeted  with a big smile, shown to the waiting bed area where everything was explained to me about the upcoming procedure. Any questions I had were answered clearly and efficiently,  which helped hugely! 

From the consultant, nurses to the theatre staff, everyone did their utmost to help me feel comfortable, with a light hearted comment every now and then which helps really helps! 😊
