"The care I have received has been outstanding"

About: Victoria Hospital / Admissions Unit 2 (Emergency Surgical) Victoria Hospital / General Surgery

(as a service user),

I was recently admitted again to AU2 via my GP then admitted to ward 52 for IV antibiotics and pain relief for my gallbladder.

The care I have received has been outstanding from all staff. I know the NHS gets bad press, but I can not fault them. 

S/N Manju (day shift) and S/N Danielle (night shift) are so kind and caring, nothing was ever a hassle for them, really good nurses .

The support workers are second to none, so cheery and kind, specially Kerry the support worker who made me feel so at ease, she made me different food when I couldn’t eat what was on the menu (due to restricted diet). Best toast x
