(as the patient),

I had given up trying to see a doctor & had terrible looking spots on my legs that were very sore

I was lucky to be told about urgent care in Daisy Hill. I couldn’t have faced A&E.

I had my bloods taken by a lovely nurse & then seen by a doctor who was caring & actually paid me attention.

I felt very appreciative to all the staff from reception onwards.

The atmosphere was really relaxed when I went in, unlike GP surgery.
