"Disappointed "

I had to go to a&e sat/sun morning .I spent 6 hours there getting sorted,I came away with having a catheter fitted.On Monday morning I had a problem with it. I tried to phone the surgery,I tried askmygp neither were working,in the end I went to the surgery only to be told you will have to ring this number.

After ringing 4 phone numbers one kind lady said if I were you I would go back to a&e. Of which I did.

I now can see why a&e is so busy.
