(as the patient),

I was so anxious about the whole thing but the staff - from the nurse admitting me to the colonoscopy team - were absolutely superb. I was even brave enough to watch the whole procedure on the screen.  I can't find any fault with the procedure so if a thing isn't broken don't fix it.

Thank you for taking time to feedback about your visit to the Endosocpy Unit here at Queen Margaret. I can sence the relief in your post, yes it can be very daunting if it is your first visit.

I was delighted to read that the care you received from the team was personal to you and to an excellent standard. The team take great pride in the care they provide making sure that throughout our patients journey they know they are in safe hands.

I will pass on your very kind comments to everyone wishing you a speedy recovery
