About: Montague Medical Practice

I visited once before about the same reason and the receptionist and doctor was perfect. However, this time around it was a different doctor. He didn’t seem to have much sympathy or patience and didn’t really listen to what I had to say. There was a pharmacist in the room as well at the time so I felt a little bit uncomfortable. I’m sure he had a long day as it was later on in the evening but it made me feel like a burden a little bit.

Dear Patient. Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. I am sorry your experience was not a positive one. On this particular day the doctor did have a Pharmacist shadowing his clinic as she is new to the practice and is observing how our clinicians work.
