The surgeon was highly skilled careful and thoughtful.
The nursing staff , funny, numerous and very kind.
The reception , highly efficient and better than anything I could have expected.
I had wondered about paying privately for this treatment. I’m so pleased a member of the medical team dissuaded me, as no private health care could have improved upon my care yesterday.
I hope the team do receive this feed back. Morale can’t be great right now , they deserve all the praise and rewards they can get.
A possibly difficult day, with so many positives.
