Came to Inclusion struggling with confidence, self identity and addiction to alcohol.
Through the continuous care these have all improved.
Particularly fond of the ACT Group and in particular Ricky.
I recommend ACT To anyone.
Perhaps more groups could be set up for other things to encourage connection and community.
The whole experience whilst daunting at first has become my most important over the years.
Would maybe like to repay my experience and gratitude by volunteering here.
