"Excellent practice"

I had an appointment at the Loughton Medical Centre today. I had been advised to go to the surgery about 7.50 am to book an appointment to see my doctor for today or I could have telephoned at 8.00 am when the appointments are released. I decided to go to the surgery in person. Doors opened at 8 am prompt and I was greeted by a very pleasant receptionist who took my details and notes of my problem. She said I would be triaged and receive a text message regarding an appointment. The text came in promptly and I received a telephone call at about 8.30am from Doctor Ding. We discussed my issues and agreed for me to pop down to see him in person at 10.30am to check out my problem. Was seen promptly at 10.30 by Doctor Ding who put my mind at rest after checking me thoroughly and talking me through my problem. Excellent service as always. When I hear from family and friends about the problems they have with their surgeries I realise how lucky I am. I have always been extremely satisfied with the service I receive from this surgery and the promptness of how my problems are dealt with especially in the current climate where we all know that the NHS are struggling. I would highly recommend this surgery and always find all the doctors that I see to be extremely helpful, friendly and professional especially Doctor Ding
