I made an appointment through the new online triage system and was given an appointment with a nurse. The nurse was a bit confused as to why the appointment was with them and not a doctor and said there was very little they could do as they can’t diagnose/prescribe etc. Luckily it wasn’t for anything serious but was a bit of a waste of time after waiting 2 weeks for the appointment.
