Sadly the practice has suspended what was a great booking system for getting an appointment whereby you filled a form in online and they got back to you, in my experience the same day. Now they are going back to having to phone in first thing in the morning and by the time you get through all the appointments are gone. When I asked the receptionist why they had changed from the very good online system to the outdated phone system she said the form filling system may have suited you but didn’t suit everyone. I don’t understand why the 2 systems can’t run side by side so perhaps anyone who doesn’t like the online procedures could pick up the phone and hold for an hour and the rest of us could spend 1 minute filling in the online form 🤷🏻♀️
