"Lovely Staff"

I’ve been seen twice now in the maternity ultrasound department and I just wanted to thank the staff for how amazing and attentive they are. I’ve been very unwell with HG during my pregnancy and as a first time Mum, I was so worried going for the scans if my baby was going to be ok. My 12 week scan was carried out by Roisin and she put myself and my partner at ease almost instantly. 

I recently had my 20 week scan with Claire and again she was fantastic. My partner and I both really appreciated the detail that Claire went into during our anatomy scan and left feeling a big weight lifted knowing that our baby is healthy and growing as it should. Our little one was being stubborn but Claire was excellent and try everything to get us a great picture of our wee one's face. 

The staff in the department are all fantastic. The reception staff are all very friendly and every member of staff we have encountered has been too. All too often it’s negative stories about the NHS that are heard and I just wanted to say a huge thank you for making our experience, especially as anxious first time parents, such an enjoyable and positive experience.
