"Much improved surgery "

Got a same day appointment with just a 10 minute hold for the receptionist. Down from over an hour on previous times. Helpful to have the number you were in the queue. Calls cleared at a rate of 3 per minute. GP was about 10 minutes late but was very kind and helpful. I felt comfortable talking to him. Got a good outcome and reassurance that I could go back if things didn't improve. The practice has really turned itself round and I'm now confident of getting an appointment and seeing someone who can help. It's a huge relief to have a good family Doctors again.
