"MBT introduction group"

About: Community Forensic Services / Nottinghamshire MBT Service

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

From the MBTi group:

I’ve learned a lot about myself and learned how to manage my emotions a lot better.

I still have struggles, but they are minimal compared to what they once were.

The facilitators were very friendly and addressed any struggles I had. They also challenged me in making changes.

Thank you so much for taking the time to feedback on your experience of the MBTi group. It's great that you've learnt more about yourself and used the group to explore how you can manage your emotions more effectively. We appreciate it can be difficult to be challenged and make changes so its good to hear of your positive experience of this and will ensure to pass on your feedback to the group facilitators.

I want to wish you all the best for the next step in your MBT therapy journey.

Best wishes,

Amy
