"I found the group helpful"

About: Community Forensic Services / Nottinghamshire MBT Service

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I found the MBTi group helpful by seeing how things effect other people and knowing it’s not just me and I’m not so alone with this. Sometimes the events people shared led to very emotional feedback which can be relatable. The facilitators were excellent (thank you Zena).

Thank you so much for your feedback. We really value hearing about your experience of the MBTi group and it's great to hear you found it helpful. We appreciate the sessions can be difficult at times, particularly when what is shared in the group can be emotionally overwhelming. We would hope that as time goes on in therapy, this is something that feels manageable and an opportunity to practice mentalizing. We will gladly pass on your positive comments about Zena/the facilitators and wish you all the best in your next step.

With best wishes,

Amy (Operational Team Leader)
