I recently had open surgery on my abdomen and had to request a number of things such as:
Sick note
Pain relief
Routine injection
And advise for a sore throat.
The whole process left me feeling so stressed and overwhelmed and not what is needed once you have undergone major surgery. The staff showed no care or compassion towards me or helping to accommodate to my requirements due to not being able to drive etc
