Inadequate parking for the public, having to go round the block several times to then resort to the Forum carpark. This made us late for our appointment.
On returning to collect my relative, the parking situation was worse, cars parked all over, motorists queuing and arguing over disabled spaces etc! My relative could not walk far after their procedure (no official blue badge) so I was unable to join the queue for the disabled bays and they could not manage to walk to the Forum carpark. Even whilst waiting to collect my relative I noticed the occupied spaces were tiny, with very little space inbetween the neighbouring cars.
Its great that investment in the hospital over the last few years has been increased but surely the carpark also needs significant improvements to cope with the amount of patients, staff and visitors to the hospital!
