About: Crosshouse Hospital / Stroke Care

(as a service user),

Management and staff have been absolutely great and very helpful.

Although being ill, it has been a pleasure to be in Ward 3E and being well looked after.

Myself and my daughter would like to thank Alisha for help and support.

Like to thank Eunsuk and Lyndsay for helping me when I felt low.

Everyone has been so nice to me and making my stay in hospital so pleasant,

Would also like to thank Deborah, ward sister has a great department and is run so well.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience of the care provided within Ward 3E at University Hospital Crosshouse.

I am sorry to hear that you have had to spend time in hospital. This must have been a very anxious time for you and for your daughter.

I am however, delighted to hear that you received such professional and compassionate care from all of our staff. This is a lovely example of the patient centred care we always aim to deliver.

Our staff really appreciate receiving feedback from their patients and it will be my pleasure to share your kind comments with the wider Team and in particular with the staff you have mentioned by name.
