(as a service user),

My wife's mobility has deteriorated rapidly over the last 6 months, this is when Caitlyn from the local community hospital came into our situation.

Caitlyn has been a great help both in acquiring equipment and the use of the same.

Her help has not yet finished and still working with us with visits and calls. In short Caitlyn could not have done more.

I’m pleased to hear that Caitlin has been a support to you and your wife in providing equipment, instruction and support to help you manage with the changes you both face.
