Been trying to get an appt for nearly 2 weeks after finding a lump, finally got an appt today for 2 weeks time! So a total of a month for someone to check out a lump. Such a big thing about getting smears and checking for lumps but when you find one there is no help. Disgusted would be an understatement. Once I finally see a GP let's hope all is OK because this will not be my only review

I am sorry that you are unhappy with the service that you have received. I would be very happy for you to make contact with the practice and we can discuss further and see what has happened here as such an appointment request ordinarily goes through to the duty doctor on the same day.
