Phoned up in morning and obviously the receptionist could hear hope bad I was and I got an appointment that morning thankfully. Generally you have to wait a week or two but no way could I have suffered and waited that long. So thank you to the team

Our staff are trained to triage and offer appointment appropriately. So yes your illness indicated a same day appointment.
Our staff can triage and can book you with other services that is available i.e. Pharmacy First, Social Prescriber, Physio, In-house pharmacist, nurse and Physician Associate.
