Today I went to the surgery I am delighted to say the receptionist on duty, was welcoming, pleasant ,smiled, listened, and dealt with my query with empathy. She is a real credit to that surgery, she put me at ease and at no point in a hurry to get rid of me, in fact followed up,on my query whilst I was there. Some of the other receptionists
could certainly learn from this lady. t
it's so important the receptionists attitude. She certainly deserves recognition for her hard work and caring attitude. Pity I'm unable to name her.
