(as a parent/guardian),

My daughter was returning to get her cast off (broken wrist a month ago) and have a k wire removed. The staff were very helpful and we felt well supported but the waiting area could be improved.

Thank you for taking the time to give us positive feedback about your visit with your daughter to the clinic. I will feedback your comments to the team. With regards to the waiting area, as the space is limited there is very little we can do to improve on that area of the clinic so apologies for that
