(as a relative),

My elderly father recently had eye surgery performed by Mr Fitt at Lincoln County Hospital. The procedure was carried out promptly and the patient care was excellent. I cannot praise the service we received enough.

Many thanks for taking the time out of your day to post this wonderful feedback that your father received whilst having his eye surgery.

It is so nice to hear when the staff get it right and it means so much to them for it to be recognised. This is what we strive to give every patient who comes to ULHT.

If you tell me the date your father had his surgery I can forward your pariase directly to the staff involved on the day.
