"Improper procedure of blood taking"

I have an appointment for blood taking on 8/4/2024 08:50 at HCA room 1. The staff was nice and polite, however she did not swab the puncture site with any disinfectant prep. She just directly push the needle underneath my skin after applying the tourniquet to my arm. As I am used to a health care staff thus I know it is not a proper practice and totally unacceptable since it may cause infection even septicemia in worst case. I do hope this young lady would be reminded and followed for clinical improvement.
