"Felt assured I was in good hands"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Same Day Urgent Care Centre (SDUCC)

(as the patient),

I was referred to the Same Day Urgent Care Centre from Stobhill’s out of hours GP service with an introductory letter. I was seen straight away by Joanne for initial checks and bloods then a short while later by Julie. I was very impressed by the friendly welcome and prompt attention offered by both. They went out their way to get me refreshments whilst awaiting test results. Julie kept me well informed throughout my time in the unit as to what was happening and would happen next. I immediately felt assured I was in good hands.

Dear Tonp55

Thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback. I am delighted to hear of your positive experience and the care provided by Joanne & Julie, I will ensure that this is passed on to both of them.

I hope that you are now recovering and again thank you for your feedback which is very much appreciated.

Best wishes

Linda
