"The staff couldn't have been any more helpful"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Gynaecology (Ward 49)

(as the patient),

I came in for surgery for my endometriosis and was very anxious and worried about the whole process. From start to finish the staff couldn't have been any more helpful. I was only supposed to be in for 1 overnight stay but ended up in for 2 nights and the nurses, Jennifer and Jordan, were very attentive and nothing was too much bother, they honestly don't get enough praise for all the work they do.

Dear cepheushd88,

Thank you for the lovely comments about your stay in ward 49, after your surgery.

The staff are delighted with this feed back which I have passed onto them. Often as you said, they don't get the recognition for what they do, and personal feedback like this encourages them to maintain these high standards.

I hope you are recovering well from your surgery.

Best wishes,

Christine Dunn, senior Charge Nurse

Ward49,

QEUH.
