I spoke with inform choices ni who are truly amazing who then told me to do an online referral for tulip service. I was feeling so anxious and scared as it was my first ever pregnancy and I wasn’t ready to become a mum yet. Someone contacted me very quickly to arrange an appointment to come down and see them. Once I arrived I was greeted by the person I spoke to on the phone and another staff member. Two amazing kind souls took care of me straight away. No judgement at all and made me feel at ease real quick. The security of the ward was amazing and over all I had the best experience. The second staff member took me in and explained everything and what to expect when I go home. This service really does make a difference without it being there I don’t know what I’d do.
