Came in on Friday the 5th of April to the reception and asked about my medication what should have been done 1 week ago the receptionist was very rude unhelpful and was discriminative of my autism even though we made her aware of it this made me leave the medical centre very distressed and upset and trigged my mental health we had to resolve my medication with a different receptionist I think the receptionists could do with some customer service training and disability training too
