"Seen improvements in just a few weeks"

I was invited to join the Lung Rehab course in Keyworth to help me manage long term Bronchiectasis and asthma. I'd been having increasing breathing difficulties, and stairs and inclines were becoming problematic. Breathlessness is such a vicious circle, the more breathless I became, the less I pushed myself and the less I pushed myself, the more breathless I became.

The lung rehab team at Keyworth have helped me understand how to increase my strength and fitness levels and they've given me the confidence to know how to push myself safely.

In just a few weeks I've been able to walk further, walk faster, and stairs and inclines are definitely much easier. The team have been 100% supportive, they've supervised our individual exercise programmes, given informative talks, and made the course fun and rewarding.
