"Excellent Care"

I broke my shoulder a couple of months ago and from the moment I arrived in the Casualty department I was treated with kindness, care and compassion. At every stage the staff explained what was happening / was going to happen and nothing was too much bother for them. 

I  would like to commend Heather, the nurse who looked after me, for her friendliness and care.  I would especially like to mention Dr. Gondane. He was highly professional, friendly and approachable. He listened intently to my concerns and supplied me with all the information I needed about the way forward. All of this reassured  me that I was in good hands. So, while breaking my shoulder was no fun at all (!) I cannot speak highly enough of the staff I met in Forth Valley Royal. Thank you for everything you did to help me recover!
