I was seen by the practice nurse for a routine appointment and the nurse made two further appointments for me to bring me up to date with all my medical reviews.

Thank you for your positive comment. I will ensure the nurse is made aware of this, as it is always good for staff to hear.
I will also share with all the rest of the staff for their well being.
