"Made me feel at ease and welcome"

About: Mater Hospital / Macular Unit

(as the patient),

I was worried and concerned about going as I had been referred there the consultant, Mr Gupta was an absolute gentleman and talked me through everything and made me feel at ease and welcome.

He also asked me did I have any questions about the eye screening. I wish there was a lot more consultants like this man.
