"They take care of me to such a high standard"

I have been attending the medical day case unit for my  7 weekly infusion of Remicade for over 10 years.  

The staff are amazing. When you come in you are met my Michelle and Janice  the ward clerks who are both a ray of sunshine on a dull morning.

They are your first point of contact on this ward and are so efficient and friendly. My infusion is over an hour and I am put at ease and looked after by dedicated nurses such as Juvy, Dianne, Katie Pheobie and many more who I have met over the years. 

I also have to give a shout out to the domestic staff who bring you a lovely cup of tea made to your specification. I realise I have been attending here for a long time but I know if it’s your first, all the staff will put use at ease and look after you to a very high standard. 

I today climate when there is a lot of negativity about the health service I have found a haven the storms of life in medical day case unit who take care of me to such a high standard.
