(as the patient),

My doctor sent me back to A&E with a recurring chest infection. I'd spent a week in hospital just 2 weeks before  and was well looked after. This story is about a doctor, Dr Ali. This Dr was with me through every stage of my care in A&E and when it came to take blood from an artery to test the oxygen in my blood he took it. It's a painful blood test but he made me so relaxed and less scared of the procedure. The communication regarding what was happening was excellent, I was told what was happening and why. Please keep up the good work
