"The staff were absolutely amazing"

About: Grantham & District Hospital / General surgery

(as the patient),

I recently underwent a biopsy procedure at Grantham hospital . I just want to convey my thanks. 

The staff treated me with respect and looked after me with the utmost care and compassion. 

The doctors, nurses and all the staff were absolutely amazing. They made me feel calm and comfortable and explained every thing to me.

Thank you so much for the comments and we will share with the team it is such a morale boost for all of the staff when patients take the time to send in their experience. As Matron for the Hub I am also really pleased to hear that you were treated with the utmost care and compassion, as that is how we all wish to be treated, when going through surgery and our team strive to give patients the best experience they can have, as surgery is a very stressful time.
