About: South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust

The ambulance turn up promptly with two friendly health professionals attending my husband when he had taken ill. They were both professional, helpful, friendly and kind making us both feel at ease. They kept us fully informed of my husbands condition. We couldn’t have had a better team than these two men. They were highly professional and a grand team. We can highly recommend them both.

Thank you so much for providing us with feedback on the recent service you and your husband received from us, it is much appreciated! We are so glad to hear that he was well looked after by the ambulance crew who attended, though we are sorry that you both had to experience this at all.

For confidentiality, all patient information is redacted on this platform and so we cannot find the details of your incident, we would love to pass your message onto the Ambulance crew who attended you and so, if you would be willing to share some additional information, please could you email compliments@swast.nhs.uk with name, date the ambulance arrived, address and thank you message, we will then ensure this is passed onto to the relevant crew.
