Whilst it has been difficult to get through on the phone I have managed to access the surgery via the app

Attentive to my recent blood pressure and renal issues . Steps to improve are very noticeable with the changes implemented

Thank you so much for your feedback, and I am so glad that you were able to access the surgery via our app.

Incidentally, we have now had a new phone system implemented which should make contacting the surgery a much easier process for all our patients.

We are working very hard to make improvements to our surgery for the benefit of our patients. I am very happy that these changes are now being noticed, and that you are happy with the service you received recently.

Thank you for your kind words, which I will discuss at our next practice meeting. I am sure your comments will motivate all of our staff to improve our service still further.
