"I was made to feel at ease"

About: St John's Hospital / Endoscopy

(as the patient),

I was made to feel at ease from being met by Staff Nurse Mandy who came to meet me in reception, right through to discharge. Everything that was going to happen was explained really well. During the procedure James spoke through what he was doing and why. It was a calming environment and I was glad I was able to watch the procedure on the screen. Katie was very good in the recovery area and explained everything very well with the information she gave. This experience gave me reassurance after my bowel screening result.
