About: Victoria Hospital / Endoscopy

(as the patient),

From my arrival at the reception desk everyone I met was so helpful and polite. I was seen promptly and dealt with efficiently. The endoscopy staff were lovely and the procedure was completely painless. The sedation must have worked well because I don’t really remember much! The aftercare was excellent and the NHS tea and toast was top class. Special mention to my lovely nurse Angela.
