"Impossible to get an appointment"

About: New Southgate Surgery

I have been calling for 3 days to try and get an appointment. It is almost impossible to get through on the phone and when you finally do, you get told the appointments are full for the day. So, on day 2 of trying, I filled in a Patch request and had a response telling me to try the phones again tomorrow, go to a pharmacy or the walk-in centre. I had requested a face-to-face appointment. On day 3, I finally got through after 1 hour on hold in the line, to be told there are no appointments for that day.

This Is Not A Service!!!

Why can future appointments not be booked online or over the phone? This used to be a great GP surgery. Why has it become so shockingly difficult and almost impossible to get to see a Doctor. New Southgate can't seem to provide for it's patients!!!
