"Compassion and felt listened to"

A huge thank you to all the staff at the Respiratory Hub at the Ulster Hospital, especially Dr Toner. I attended following an acute episode, I felt listened to and my fears and concerns were addressed with empathy and understanding. A big thank you.

You made a very frightening and unknown experience more bearable, Dr Toner fully explained everything from investigations to results to me and took time to listen. Sometimes listening to  the patient is forgotten about due to the pressures of the job and resources but you listened. Thank you.
