"Communication is the worst I've seen"

About: Derriford Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as the patient),

In my experience, this ward was terrible, it was totally mismanaged and had a lot of staff who seem to be clueless in most of the conditions people are on the ward with.

Communication between doctors, staff and patients is the worst I've seen and it's put me off using this hospital in the future.

I'm due to donate a kidney and this experience has certainly got me concerned for our safety.
