"An overhaul"

I visited the practice for an STD check up. I was blown away by how friendly, kind and accommodating every single member of staff was.

After discussing my general health I advised the staff that I'd been hoping to get a smear test done at the visit as it was something I was extremely anxious about but I was feeling brave. The staff member recognised my need to seize this rare moment and pushed for me to have it done then and there. It was so easy and I was so relieved to have done it.

They also made an appointment for removal and replacement of my contraceptive implant . This was a very different experience from my first several years ago.

The team I saw were patient, kind and made me feel comfortable and not at all rushed. So friendly which really helped with my anxiety.

I live in Paignton but I'll continue to make the train journey to Exeter to take care of any and all of my sexual health needs as this centre is fantastic!
