It is upsetting and frightening to be left with no idea of test results. No human to talk to in the actual department. Just a secretary who is on holiday and then doesn't answer the phone. It's clearly not important to them. But it is to the patient. Who is usually afraid. Results should be posted onto a website if people cant manage to call or email or send a letter or answer the phone.

I am so so sorry that you have had such a terrible time trying to obtain your results and struggling to contact staff.
